We all have much to be thankful for.   And yesterday, we all were very quick to state that thanks.  Unfortunately, I fear that many of us (including myself) stated much more with our words than we do with our actions.

True thankfulness is based on a true value for what we have. And true value leads to actions based on that value.

I am thankful for financial stability, academic opportunities, and a supportive family. But what statements do I make with wasted money, “senioritis”, and ignored phone calls?  Am I truly thankful if my actions do not portray true value?

Yesterday, what did you say you were thankful for?  Today, what value do your actions portray?
