Casey Ross of Browns Bridge Community Church (North Point Ministries) offered great insights last week regarding guest experiences.  Using a Disney concept, he challenged us to identify “combustion points” within our programming environments that can quickly turn an experience from positive to negative.  While not every combustion point can be entirely avoided, recognizing and responding to them in the best ways possible can help sustain a positive experience throughout every interaction individuals have with your church.
